Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how OVK Digital Ltd. ("OVK", "we", "us") handles personal data in connection with this website. We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller
OVK Digital Ltd.
Clifton House, Suite 33, Fitzwilliam Street Lower, Dublin, D02 XT91, Ireland
Email: [email protected]
You can also reach us regarding data protection via our contact page. Full company details are listed in our Imprint.
2. What data we process
- Contact form: the name, email address and message you submit, so that we can respond to your inquiry.
- Server & security data: technical information such as IP address and request data that our hosting and security providers process to deliver and protect the site.
- Bot protection: when you use the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile performs a human-verification check.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process contact-form data to handle and respond to your inquiry, based on our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where your message concerns entering into a business relationship, the processing is also based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical and security data are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Recipients and processors
We use carefully selected service providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR):
- Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery, network security and the Turnstile bot-protection check on our contact form.
- DVX Networks GmbH (Germany) — delivery of contact-form messages by email.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers who operate the servers on which this website runs.
5. International data transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular Cloudflare, Inc. in the United States. Where personal data is transferred to a third country, we rely on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR — such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Email handling of contact requests by DVX Networks GmbH takes place within the EEA (Germany).
6. Retention
We keep contact-form data only as long as necessary to process your request and to comply with any legal retention obligations, after which it is deleted.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data (Art. 15);
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16);
- erasure (Art. 17);
- restriction of processing (Art. 18);
- data portability (Art. 20);
- object to processing (Art. 21);
- withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. As our controller is based in Ireland, the lead authority is the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie). To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.
8. Cookies
This website uses only what is technically necessary to operate and secure the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page.
